Bertram L. LaBelle, 63, of Tanglewood Manor, former of Shaver St., did Sunday (Nov. 11, 2007) in WCA Hospital. He was born Oct. 9, 1944 in Jamestown, the son of James L. and Genevieve V. Stickney LaBelle. He was formerly employed as a production worker at Maddox Table Co. Mr. LaBelle was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church. He enjoyed old cars, car shows, and roller skating, and was an avid fisherman. Surviving are a sister, Jean M. Cessna of Avon Park, Fla.; a brother, Gerald A. LaBelle of Jamestown; many nieces and nephews; and good friends Laurie and Tony Pollino of Jamestown. He was preceded in death by his father in 1976 and by his mother in 1985. The funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. Thursday in Powers, Present & Sixbey Funeral Home. The Rev. Donald V. Erickson, pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the funeral service Thursday in the funeral home.
